Are antioxidants founds in cocoa powder good for me?Yes, the cocoa bean contains natural flavanol antioxidants, among other beneficial minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and copper. These antioxidants are similar to those found in green tea, red wine and blueberries.
Cocoa and dark chocolate are among the most concentrated sources of flavanol antioxidants. Health supplements with compounds called flavanols are among the most popular health supplements.
Antioxidants can have a variety of beneficial effects in the body. Studies have suggested that consumption of products containing cocoa and chocolate may provide cardiovascular benefits and anti-cancer properties.

How long can I keep MacChocolate?Most MacChocolate products last for two years from their dates of manufacture. Ingredients such as nuts tend to shorten their shelf life.
It is highly recommended to consume products by the stated "best before" dates. Keep in mind to store our products in a cool dry place.

My MacChocolate mix sometimes turn tan or white or cannot dissolve.
What causes this?One of MacChocolate's key ingredients is cocoa powder. Cocoa butter is a vegetable fat that is sensitive to heat and humidity. Thus, it is important to keep all MacChocolate sachets in a cool, dry place to avoid any undesirable change.
